good news and help required at the same time

Iam new to this site and I have a very intresting testimonial to share with you. I had a car fine which was not my fault got there 5 min before it was due to run out. To my suprise I got a ticket on my car, I looked all over the city for a warden none could be found to explain to me why they did this. Anyhow I refused to pay it then I get a warning letter form the council and the fees were going up. I saw this site used the template first wrote the balliffe for a breakdown of their cost to see if it was lawful. Few days letter got a letter from the bailiffe without their breakdown cost and they have hand the matter back to the council with an outstanding bill of £120. were as before it was £600. 3 month gone not heard a thing from the council. I am not taking this lightly will be on my guard but it is a cloud removed off my head.

Next I have 2 debt issue with the same bank. I sent the solicitors a letter for a lawful contract, signed invoice and proof of agency. few days later sent me an letter stating 'despite previous demands fail to pay the full amount' need to be paid within the next 10 days. Iam now sending them 2nd letter requesting of their claim. Now the same solicitors are dealing with the 2 debt I owe to the bank..question what template letter do I send them. I could do with some glarity and support here. I would prefer one2one support its easier for me all this law business is not my cup of tea, never been this deep into it in my life. I just want to be doing the right thing.

Another thing court baliffe has been to my home demanding payment and possess my belongings (Who Iam writing to now stated as from above the bank) what baliffe template letter do I send them.

Ok.. what would you suggest I add as the extra bits in the 3rd letter? I have sent the 2nd letters off today recorded delivery. Will be intresting with their response. You know what Iam really getting into this its time the people get back their lifes. Thanks to people like you guys and others who care about people. However I was well aware of the secret societies and the other evil deeds with the money system. More people have to wake up to the fact this is real. get the knowledge and use it to the best of our ability. People need to stop wasting time chasing after politics same people who are playing blind folds with us behind the iron curtains. the truth is growing now like a candle and big boys (politicians, bankers etc) cannot stop it.

8.You have not proven any debt, if you give away any unproven debt, sell it on, give it back to its origin or get anyone to act on your behalf you will have broken our agreement and you agree to pay me the following fee schedule £(3x what they are claiming of you) for not honouring our agreement, furthermore any further contact is now not necessary, if however you deem a need to contact me by phone or letter the fee is £100 per item payable in advance (place the cheque in the envelope) if no payment is made in advance the fee will rise to £1000 per item and you will also be held culpable for any cost incurred while recovering the debt you owe.

i have found this stops there little games of selling it on and the like also stops you having to start the process over again, anyone who has had that problem will find they just stop sending you rubbish as they should as they never send you the £100 so it will cost them £1000 per item they just stop and go away, but if they do keep all there letters that £1000 per pop soon adds up and they will end up oweing you some fiat paper.

wow!! that is great can tell you have been busy with playing your game with the so called 'Big Cats' due to your experience. I will hear what their next reply will be then use this in the 3rd letter.

yes i have been doing it for a while and you will find you become more confident as time goes on but as allways if your unsure or panic about them sending you a letter saying it's american law not british and ignoring what you ask for and say they are waiting for a copy of your agreement it's just a ploy to scare you from sending the rest of the letters. once you start no matter what you get from them finish all three letters.
